On Boardwalk, Steps to Beach, Hear Waves, Parking

This is a tough review to write. Start with the positives: Check in was smooth, communication with the host was really good, and the overall location was good.The not so good. The day before checkin I was informed our large SUV was too big to park outside the unit. After some back and forth we eventually were able to park at the unit. The host was nonchalant about the issue, knowing full well parking in the area can be an absolute nightmare. Early in our stay the AC unit flooded the floor and we were without AC for a night. They replaced it the following day, however we returned to the unit in the evening to discover it didn't work. They left the non working AC unit in the middle of the floor in the living room, and poorly duct taped the exhaust fan so it didn't work. The listing states 'On boardwalk.' It is not on the boardwalk, there is a building between the unit and the boardwalk. Overall just a rough stay for a thousand dollars a night.

Perfect location tucked off the main walk but close enough to still hear the ocean and just steps from the sand. I stayed for a month and I walked everywhere. It was awesome!
