Great location and lots of rooms. The cooking utensil selection was limited so bring your supplies. Lots of sand toys and chair ect. Great stay for a large family.

The location was a major highlight of our stay. The beach was an easy walk away, a grocery store was conveniently located nearby, and the unit was stocked with paper products and toiletries (including coffee), which was a nice surprise. The cleaning crew was professional, responsive, and especially great to work with.We did encounter an unexpected maintenance issue during our stay, but the owner communicated promptly, worked to resolve the situation, provided alternate accommodations, and offered compensation for the inconvenience. We appreciated the effort and responsiveness throughout the process.A few items could benefit from attention, including stained carpeting, door locks that were sometimes difficult to operate, and a garage door that was not functioning in one unit.Overall, this property offers a great location and an owner who is committed to addressing guest concerns. With a few updates and maintenance improvements, it would be an even better experience.

We had a short, but amazing stay at these two town homes on Daytona Beach. The beach access was quick and easy (just one road to cross), the rooms were spacious, clean and as described. The beds were comfortable and the parking was generous. The property owner was very helpful, easy to communicate with and very prompt with responses. No problems with check-in or check-out. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
