Pacific Villa - Ocean Views, Parking, AC, Fire Pit

This property is amazing! We go to Oceanside every year with our family and this house fits our needs perfectly! Kitchen is perfect, plenty of space and the biggest cherry on top is the outdoor shower for the kids after the beach! Making this property our go to every year assuming it's not booked! Allen was probably the best and most responsive host we've had. Thank you Allen! Looking forward to staying there again next year if you'll have us!

Allan was excellent in communicating anything we asked and his replies were very prompt. The location was ideal and it’s so close to the beach. The property was very clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Our recent stay at this property was truly a superb experience, setting a wonderful tone for my sister's first California trip. The resident was exceptionally accommodating, ensuring we felt welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived. Beyond the warm hospitality, the property itself was a comforting sanctuary; the amenities were very comfortable, and the interior was nicely decorated, providing a genuinely warm and cozy atmosphere that made settling in effortless. This trip held special significance as it was my sisters’ first time visiting California, and watching them enjoy such a restful and inviting home base after busy days of exploration made the entire visit immensely memorable.
