Modern Peaceful Tucked Away With Private Office

The apartment’s location was excellent, and the keyless entry made check-in very easy. It was beautifully and artistically decorated, with lots of interesting books that added a special touch.The entire home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed—and more. We especially appreciated the spacious bathroom with the large double sink.Although everything was already well organized, communication with the host was quick, helpful, and responsive.We would definitely recommend this place without any hesitation.

Pros:Alan is a great host and promptly responds to every request we have. I also really appreciate his flexibility in extending our stay. The neighborhood is quiet, and all the neighbors we met are kind, friendly, and welcoming. There’s plenty of street parking nearby. The internet is fast and stable. Cons:When we initially arrived, there was a pretty serious ant problem. But after using the baits the host sent us, they were gone within a week. It’s also unclear whether it was due to the nearby trees and bushes or possibly bedbugs, but my husband got quite a few unusual bug bites, especially on two occasions after waking up in the morning.The washer was dirty, and the dishwasher had a persistent odor every time we ran it, even after cleaning it several times with a dishwasher cleaner. In addition, almost all the windows in the house don’t have curtains, including two in the bedrooms. The owner seems reluctant to address this issue, so we had to buy blackout curtains ourselves.

Great location and super communicative host!

We stayed for a month at this place and really enjoyed our time. It’s clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, and just a few minutes from SDSU and various shops. Target, Walmart, Ross, and Sam's Club are only 1.6 miles away. Family-friendly and highly recommended.
