Retro Chic Hot Tub & Game Room, 10 Mins From Beach

Location is nice, but the house itself is the real treat. So much space, fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and the room decor was so beautiful. Game room was a wonderful addition, and beds were so comfy. I even asked for early check in and got lucky with the host being able to assist. They were so kind and helpful, will definitely return!

Great time! Hot tub was amazing after a long day at LegoLand. The host was easy to chat with and helpful for anything that was needed.

The house is great and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was well stocked although we couldn’t find a cookie sheet but other than that we had everything we needed. The hot tub was nice after a long day at the beach. There were plenty of beach towels and a couple boogie boards which the kids loved. The game room was a hit. It was a little toasty but we opened the utility door and cracked open the garage door and while we were out we unplugged the string lights which helped. Albertsons is not too far away for a quick grocery run and the drive to beaches wasn’t bad at all. It was a great stay. Thank you

Really not a good stay. If I was the owner of this property (I own several rental properties), I would fire the management company. The home was not clean. The rugs were all extremely dirty. There is an ant infestation in the backyard and daily ant incursions into the home. Several guests woke up with ant bites. When we arrived on a Monday, we found the hot tub dirty and smelly. We were informed that it is cleaned on Tuesdays, which means it probably had not been cleaned from the previous weekend rental. It was shocked the next day with hard chemicals which meant we could not use it for at least 24 hours, resulting in a loss of access to the hot tub for most of our stay. Management response was lackluster. We asked for a minor refund and they have gone silent. Very disappointed in this property, which had a negative effect on our vacation.
