NO AIR CONDITIONING! This is not mentioned in the listing and it totally should be! This may not be a big deal if you are staying during the cooler months, but if you are staying in the hotter months it IS a big deal! I didn't even think to check the amenities for A/C. Where I'm from, A/C is a necessity and is standard in rental properties. We were here in mid-August and upon check-in it was almost 90 degrees in the apartment. That was at 6:00 in the evening!! There was a breeze, but it was a warm breeze even after the sun went down. We could not stay here. We stayed until around 8:00 and decided to find somewhere else. There was no way to sleep with the windows open. The noise outside would not allow it. It was way too hot to close the windows in the bedroom to block the noise. This apartment is NOT newly renovated. Maybe a few years ago it was. The couch sits at a slant because the pull out bed will not go completely inside the frame. It is very uncomfortable to sit on because of that. It is also the only place to sit other than the 2 kitchen chairs. The area rug in the living room is disgusting and really should just be thrown out. It is dirty and has stains all over it. Being on the beach, I'm sure rugs get dirty pretty fast. For the price, I expected much nicer and air conditioning. The location to the beach is the only positive. For the record, I have never left a bad review. This is a first.

Conveniently located close to the beach and restaurants. Great space with everything you need to feel like you’re in home.
