Coronado Unit 4 - B Ave Bungalows · Loft-style 1/1, 5-10 Min Walk to Coronado Beach!

The unit was lovely and clean and in a great location. The only drawback was we came at an unseasonably warm time and the mini-split in the bedroom couldn't keep up with the heat, making the unit a little too warm even at night. But I would still stay again!

This was a cute little place just a short walk to Coronado Beach. Everything was just as described. Unfortunately for us, the beach was closed most of our stay due to water contamination. We still made the most of it and enjoyed the cool evenings in the shared patio.

A friend and I stayed at this very cute apartment for 5 days. The location was fantastic; close to the beach, very close to downtown Coronado. We didn’t have a car and didn’t find that we needed one. If one does bring a car, I highly recommend taking them up on the parking option as street parking was nonexistent. The apartment itself was small, yet very comfortable. It was appointed with enough cookware that we were able to make breakfast every morning.I had read in previous reviews that the beach wagons were located upstairs, which would have been difficult; they are now located downstairs which is very easy.My only notes would be, the description states the place is furnished with a king sized bed, it was a Queen at best. Also the air conditioning comes from a mini split located in the bedroom, so the apartment itself would get very warm in the afternoon. This wasn’t a big problem as we were usually out.Overall we had a great stay and I would book with this Host again!

This condo was a great price for the location and time of year! We loved the location, the decor, and the amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, filtered water pitcher, beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, etc.) The biggest issue was the sofa bed. The pull out sofa bed looked ok, but was almost unbearable to sleep on. I know sofa beds are not usually super comfortable. However, this one is essentially unusable and basically needs replaced ASAP. Otherwise, a great place in a great place!
